- Delivery Areas We ship to all governorates across Egypt.
- Delivery Time - Cairo & Giza: 1 to 3 business days - Other governorates: 2 to 5 business days - Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.
- Shipping Fees - Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and order weight - The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase
- Order Processing - Orders are prepared within 24 hours after confirmation - Orders are handed over to the shipping company within the next business day at most
- Order Tracking - A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped - You can track your shipment directly through the shipping company
- Failed Delivery Attempts If the delivery attempt fails: - The shipping company will contact you to reschedule delivery - If there is no response, the order may be canceled
