    We ship to all governorates across Egypt.
  2. Delivery Time
    – Cairo & Giza: 1 to 3 business days
    – Other governorates: 2 to 5 business days
    – Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.
  3. Shipping Fees
    – Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and order weight
    – The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase
  4. Order Processing
    – Orders are prepared within 24 hours after confirmation
    – Orders are handed over to the shipping company within the next business day at most
  5. Order Tracking
    – A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped
    – You can track your shipment directly through the shipping company
  6. Failed Delivery Attempts
    If the delivery attempt fails:

    – If there is no response, the order may be canceled
